You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is authorized and verified — including weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 9am PST will ship the following day.
Please note: Delivery time ranges from 6 to 20 working days depending on your destination.
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. YUHE does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. YUHE is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will YUHE issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to YUHE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email info@yuhejewelry.com a photo of the item you received with a brief description of the issue.
For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pick up of your order.
When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking. Please allow 10-14 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame.

If your package was returned to sender, there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable and your package will be returned to our warehouse.
You have 30 days (from the date the package is returned to us) to contact us and claim back the items. After 30 days, the items will be put back into stock.
