Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

Import duties, VAT, or any applicable customs charges are not included in your purchase price and may be charged to the recipient upon delivery.

The customer is solely responsible for all applicable import taxes, tariffs, or clearance fees in accordance with their local laws and regulations.

YUHE Jewelry shall not be held liable for any additional charges, delays, or legal issues arising from customs processing or non-payment of taxes in the destination country.

Refusal to pay duties or taxes upon delivery may result in non-delivery or return to sender, in which case original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.
